Canva Pro costs $18 a month or $144 a year for one person in the US. Paying yearly works out at $12 a month, which is $72 less over a year than paying monthly. Canva doesn’t publish promo codes for Pro, so the Canva promo code page lists the official ways to pay less instead.

How much is Canva Pro per month?
$18 if you pay monthly, or $12 a month if you pay $144 up front for the year. Over twelve months, monthly billing comes to $216. Pro is priced for one person, so each extra person who needs their own Pro account pays the same again.
Is the yearly plan worth it?
If you’ll use Canva for more than eight months, yes. Eight months of monthly billing is $144, the same as a full year on the yearly plan. Canva labels its yearly billing “Save from 16%”. That lower figure matches Business: $250 a year against $300 for twelve monthly payments, a $50 saving. On Pro the saving is a third.
Canva Pro vs Canva Business
Pro is priced for one person. Business is priced per person, at $25 a month or $250 a year each, so a team of three on yearly Business pays $750. If you work alone, Pro is the cheaper of the two by $7 a month on monthly billing and $106 a year on yearly billing.
Can you get Canva Pro for less?

- Nonprofits: approved nonprofits get Pro features free for one team of up to 50 people. Extra seats are 50% off on Enterprise.
- College students: there’s no individual student discount. College students get Canva free only if their school licenses Canva Campus.
Where do you enter a Canva coupon code?
On the plan selection screen, choose “Coupon code”, or redeem at canva.com/redeem. Codes work on the web and mobile web, not in the apps, and only on recurring monthly or yearly plans. If you already pay for Pro, you have to wait until your current billing period ends before a code applies.
Watch out for cheap “lifetime” Canva Pro
Canva has no lifetime plan. Pro bought from unauthorized sellers breaks Canva’s terms, and Canva can downgrade, suspend or close the account, designs included (Canva’s help center).
